Today, we operate under the leadership of Paul Cavicchio Jr., guided by generations of farming traditions. We embrace technology and inventive practices in growing techniques, daily operations, and long-term,planning. We work continually to optimize our operations while respecting and protecting the environment.

During peak season, we’re a group of about 450 people, ranging from experienced and skilled employees who’ve been with us for decades to new employees with a strong work ethic, enthusiasm, and a desire to learn. We come from different cultures and we speak different languages, but our goal is the same. With a valued reputation for service, quality, and selection, we work with professionals and garden centers throughout the area to keep our region beautiful.
